Booking and payment
You can book online — the "Book now" button will show available dates and the exact price. After booking we ask for a deposit, and you pay the rest on arrival. Booking directly with us always gets you the best terms.
The season, the length of your stay (longer = cheaper per night), and the apartment you choose. You'll see the exact price for your dates in the booking system — no obligation.
Yes — we'll issue an invoice after your stay on request. Just let us know when booking.
Your stay
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. If you need different times, just write to us — we'll try to help.
Breakfast is available as an add-on — let us know when booking. Every apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen.
We accept pets in apartments FUN 1, JOY 4 and JOY 5 — a dog's stay requires our approval at the booking stage. The pet fee is 50 PLN per night, plus a 500 PLN deposit.

Our property's pet policy — rules for bringing pets to Apartamenty Szuflandia.
- Bringing a dog onto the property requires the Owners' approval, granted at the booking stage.
- We warmly welcome pets up to 20 kg — e.g. a Papillon or a Yorkshire Terrier. Stays with larger animals are arranged individually.
- We do not accept dog breeds classified as aggressive. List of aggressive breeds under the Polish Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration regulation of 28 April 2003: Pit Bull Terrier, Perro de Presa Mallorquin, American Bulldog, Dogo Argentino, Presa Canario, Tosa Inu, Rottweiler, Akbash Dog, Anatolian Karabash, Moscow Watchdog, Caucasian Shepherd Dog.
- The pet's owner confirms that the animal is healthy and poses no danger to other animals or people.
- On the property, the pet owner must keep the dog on a leash at all times and clean up after it. Dedicated waste bins are provided on site.
- The owner is required to bring their own bedding for the animal.
- Any damage caused by the pet to the property's belongings or to other guests' property, as well as soiling requiring extra cleaning, will be individually assessed and charged to the owner — for example, soiled or damaged bedding.
- Using the property's own towels or bed linen for the pet is not allowed, nor is letting the pet on beds or sofas, or letting it relieve itself indoors.
- Pet owners are responsible for following the property's quiet-hours policy and not disturbing other guests.
- Pets are welcome under the grill shelter — on a leash only, and without disturbing other guests.
- Pets may not stay in the pool, sauna, hot tub spa, or children's playground areas.
- The animal may not be left alone in the apartment.
- When spending time with your pet, please be mindful of the comfort of other guests staying at Apartamenty Szuflandia.
- The owner confirms they have read and accept these pet policy rules for Apartamenty Szuflandia.
Yes — we'll set up a travel crib and a high chair. On site there's also a playground, games and board games.
Yes, free parking right by the building.
Wellness and attractions
The saunas are open in the evenings, usually from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and the hot tub spa is available longer — from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You'll find the exact schedule in the stay guide you receive before arrival.
It's an intimate part of the sauna zone — with a wet sauna and hot tub spa just for you. It's booked individually, for your exclusive use. Write or call us and we'll find a time.
The outdoor pool usually runs from May to the end of September, and often into October too — exact dates depend on the weather. We heat the water with solar collectors.
Getting here and the area
The ski slope is 20 metres away — you can ski straight there. Wisła's centre is a few minutes' drive. We're on a forested hillside — close to everything, but away from the noise.
The road to us is paved, and winter tyres are a must — as everywhere in the Beskids. Snow chains can help, but only during really heavy snowfall. If in doubt, call us and we'll advise on the best way in.
