Hot Tub Spa Rules

Please read the rules for using the hot tub spa before your first visit — we care about your safety and the comfort of every guest at Apartamenty Szuflandia.

Part one

General information

  1. The hot tub spa may only be used by guests of Apartamenty Szuflandia.
  2. The hot tub spa is open from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.
  3. Using the hot tub spa means you have read and accepted the terms of these rules.
  4. A maximum of 5 people may use the hot tub spa at the same time.
  5. Children under 6 may not use the hot tub spa. Children aged 6 and over may only use it under the constant supervision and sole responsibility of their parents or guardians.
  6. The water in the hot tub spa is kept at approximately 34–38°C. It is recommended that a single session does not exceed 15–20 minutes, with adequate hydration maintained.
Important — health contraindications The hot tub spa should not be used by anyone with heart or circulatory conditions, women who are pregnant, anyone with skin conditions, open wounds or infectious diseases, or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Anyone using the hot tub despite these contraindications does so at their own risk.

Part two

Safety and conduct rules

  1. Before entering the hot tub spa, you must thoroughly wash your whole body under the shower.
  2. Swimwear is required in the hot tub spa.
  3. Entering and exiting the hot tub spa should be done carefully, using the steps or handles provided.
  4. The following are prohibited in the hot tub spa area:
    • bringing in and consuming food or alcoholic drinks,
    • entering the tub wearing shoes,
    • adjusting the water temperature yourself or tampering with jets and valves,
    • bringing in glass containers or sharp objects,
    • using your own oils, salts or bath cosmetics,
    • damaging the equipment,
    • any behaviour that could endanger the safety of people in or near the hot tub spa.
  5. The owners of Apartamenty Szuflandia reserve the right to refuse access to the hot tub spa to anyone clearly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and to ask anyone not following these rules to leave.
  6. Hot tub spa users are financially liable for any damage they cause.
  7. Anyone using the hot tub spa despite the health contraindications listed in these rules does so at their own risk. Apartamenty Szuflandia is liable for personal injury under the general rules of the Polish Civil Code.
  8. In the event of a breakdown, maintenance work, or other technical circumstances, the hot tub spa may be temporarily closed. Guests are not entitled to compensation or a refund on this account.
