Please read the rules for using the playground before your first visit — we care about the safety of the youngest guests at Apartamenty Szuflandia.
Part one
General information
The playground is outdoors, on the grounds of Apartamenty Szuflandia, and is available only to guests of the property and those accompanying them.
Children may only use the playground under the constant supervision of a parent or guardian, who takes full responsibility for the child's safety for the entire time on the grounds.
Using the playground means the child's guardian has read and accepted the terms of these rules.
The playground is unsupervised and available at any time; for safety and because of quiet hours on the property, we recommend using it during the day.
Important — supervising children
The equipment on the playground (slide, swings, sandbox, playhouse, trampoline, climbing wall) requires adult supervision. Please match play to your child's age and abilities, and do not leave children unattended.
Part two
Safety and conduct rules
Before using the equipment (slide, swings, trampoline, climbing wall), the guardian should judge whether it is suitable for the child's age and ability.
Children use the trampoline and climbing wall one at a time, in turn, under the guardian's direct supervision.
The following are prohibited on the playground:
bringing in and eating food,
bringing in glass containers or sharp objects,
bringing animals onto the playground,
using equipment for anything other than its intended purpose,
exceeding the safe capacity of any piece of equipment,
damaging the equipment,
any behaviour that could endanger the safety of other children on the playground.
If you notice damaged equipment or another issue, please stop using it and call the apartment staff.
Playground users are financially liable for any damage they cause.
The child's guardian is responsible for the child's safety on the playground. Apartamenty Szuflandia is liable for personal injury under the general rules of the Polish Civil Code.
In the event of a breakdown, maintenance work, or other technical circumstances, the playground or individual pieces of equipment may be temporarily out of use. Guests are not entitled to compensation or a refund on this account.
