Pool Rules

Please read the rules for using the pool before your first visit — we care about your safety and the comfort of every guest at Apartamenty Szuflandia.

Part one

General information

  1. Using the pool at Apartamenty Szuflandia is free of charge.
  2. The pool is unsupervised, so minors must be accompanied by an adult who takes full responsibility for them at all times while on the pool grounds.
  3. Using the pool means you have read and accepted the terms of these rules.
  4. The pool is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  5. Children under 18 may only use the pool under the supervision of an adult guardian, who takes full responsibility for their safety and for compliance with these rules.
  6. Children under 3 may only use the pool wearing special swim nappies.
  7. The pool may only be used by guests of Apartamenty Szuflandia.
Important — health contraindications Anyone showing signs of skin conditions, open wounds, infectious diseases, epilepsy, breathing difficulties or balance disorders is asked to refrain from using the pool for their own safety and that of other guests. The pool is unsupervised — using it, especially with the above contraindications, is at your own risk.

Part two

Safety and conduct rules

  1. Entry to the pool is only permitted barefoot, using the ladder.
  2. A maximum of 10 people may use the pool at the same time.
  3. Using towels from the apartments, or blankets and other apartment equipment, at the pool is not allowed.
  4. The following are prohibited on the pool grounds:
    • running around the pool or its access paths,
    • jumping into the water,
    • pushing other users into the water,
    • climbing on the pool walls,
    • throwing dishes, food scraps or objects into the water,
    • bringing sharp tools, glass containers or cutlery onto the pool grounds,
    • eating, drinking or chewing gum in or around the pool,
    • damaging equipment,
    • polluting or draining the pool water,
    • tampering with jets or valves,
    • sitting on the edge of the pool basin,
    • bathing nude,
    • any behaviour that endangers the safety of people on the pool grounds.
  5. The pool may not be used by anyone showing signs of: skin conditions, open wounds, infectious diseases, epilepsy, breathing difficulties, or balance disorders.
  6. Anyone using the pool despite the health contraindications listed in these rules does so at their own risk. The pool operator is liable for personal injury under the general rules of the Polish Civil Code.
  7. The pool operator is not liable for accidents caused by users failing to follow these rules.
